What counts as a Text Message?
Every time you send an outbound text message, it will count as one text message (1 message sent to 100 people = 100 messages). You are never charged for incoming messages. If you do not have enough to cover the messages required, you may purchase additional messages at that time.
What’s a Keyword?
A Keyword is a word that members can text from their mobile phone to join your list. If for example you register the Keyword GOLF, then anyone can simply text GOLF to 96362 to join your list. You should select one Keyword as your primary Keyword, while others may be used for promotions. Additional keywords are $15 per month.
What is a Short Code?
A Shortcode is the 5 digit number that customers use to text in your keyword to opt-in to your campaign. The standard TXTin Shortcode is 96362. We also offer the premium short code 70000 for your campaign. Depending on your promotional marketing needs, this is a great investment.
Can I change my plan at anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at anytime. Or you can purchase an extra bank of text messages (starting at .5 cents per message) for a special event or promotion. Our Text Message Marketing Pricing is pay-as-you-go. No contracts, no commitments, and no nonsense.
